Who are you?

We are an online retailer of health and beauty products for the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australian markets.  We simply make it easy for customers to get their hands on some of the best and popular beauty products on the market.

Is this a legitimate store?

Absolutely!  We are a licensed retailer (BEAUTY DIVE) located in California.  We also have a merchant account to accept credit cards online.   In order to get a merchant account, a business must show proof of license, have a business bank account, and go through the whole underwriting process. 

Is this site secure?

Yes, our online store is secure.  If you navigate to the checkout process, you will notice that the URL in the browser address bar will show "https://" instead of "http://".  The extra "s" represents a secure web page that will encrypt your information when you fill out the checkout form.  

Do you save credit card information?

We do not save your full credit card information in our database.  Your credit card information is forwarded to our payment processor that must to adhere to industry security standards - in other words - we let the experts handle it.  

Can I use my Prepaid Gift Card with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo?

Before using your prepaid Visa or American Express Gift Card, you will need to do a couple of things.  First, you need to make sure there are enough funds on your card to cover the order total.  Second, you will need to register your address with this card.  The registration process for every card issuer varies.  Usually, you should be able to register online or by calling the card issuer directly. This is necessary because our system verifies the billing address linked to the card in order to prevent fraudulent transactions.

How long does it take for my package to get to ______?

For US addresses, it usually takes approximately 2-3 business days for a package to reach addresses on the west coast, and 3-6 business days to east coast customers. 

Shipments to Canada may take 1-3 weeks, while United Kingdom and Australia shipments may take 2-4 weeks.

Unfortunately, these are just estimates, and we are unable to make guarantees due to situations beyond our control; for example, adverse weather conditions, delays in customs, or delays related to shipping carrier issues. 

Do you sell wholesale?

We do apologize, but we do not do wholesale orders at this time.  True "wholesale" is when the distributor sells to a legitimate business that has a business license and state reseller's permit.  However, we do take large bulk retail orders.
