Shipping
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day after the placement of order. Orders placed on Fridays and holidays may not get processed until Monday or the next working business day. For US addresses, you can expect to receive your package within 2-6 business days after your order has shipped.
We currently only ship to customers in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
We now ship worldwide!
TAXES (the most common fee): Canada Customs ONLY assesses taxes (GST or HST) on goods valued at $20 CAD (about $17-21 USD) or more. Taxes are generally about 5-13% (depending on the province destination). A $5 to $8 'handling' fee is also added when an item is taxed. When taxes are charged, Customs includes a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved.
NOTE: Customs cannot check every box, so frequently items valued at more than $20 CAD do get through with no charge. Likewise, if taxes are over-charged due to a missing customs form or a seller over-value, recipients can send in to Canada Customs proof-of-payment (order receipt), along with the customs tax form stuck to the box (make a copy first) to get a refund.

Important note for all international shipments: The buyer is responsible for all Customs taxes, Goods & Services Tax, duties, and any other fees. All shipments will be sent using USPS to avoid brokerage fees.

Your credit card will not be charged unless your order has shipped.
We send all our domestic packages with delivery confirmation from either the UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Beauty Dive is not responsible for undamaged merchandise once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. All mail or parcels that are lost after delivery will be the buyer's responsibility and all claims for packages lost after delivery will have to be filed directly with UPS, FedEx, or the USPS. Packages that are either refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be processed as returns. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your order minus the shipping charges. We do not offer local pickup.
All products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Southern California.
Products that are shipped to an address in California are subject to sales tax (currently 7.75%).
Our "Free Shipping Over $75" promotion only applies to orders shipping to a US address using Standard Shipping.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns or exchanges once they have been opened.
If you would like to return or exchange the unopened product you purchased, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges.
If you were shipped the wrong product in error or have received a defective product, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
Starting the return process is easy and can be done online. You must log into your account, click on the "Customer Orders" tab, then click on the "Return Item(s)" button for the order that was shipped. We will handle your return request within 1 to 2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse return requests if our return policy is being abused. Please save original packaging and boxes if you are returning the product.
